Pumpkin Pie -

1 Uncooked pastry shell
1 small can unseasoned Pumpkin (16oz)
1 can Evaporated Milk (12oz)
3 Eggs
2/3 cups packed Brown Sugar
2 Tbs Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Clove

Preheat oven to 450degrees
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 375 degree and bake for an additional 35 minutes.

Pie is done when top is brown and a knife is clean after sticking in the middle of the pie.
